HOW TO WIN A/S was founded in Randers on 19 November 2008. The idea was simple: give Danish business leaders advice they can actually trust — independent, evidence-based and carried through to a real result, rather than a report that gathers dust.
Since then we have worked from Parkboulevarden in Randers with owners, boards and management teams on the questions that matter most — where to grow, how to run better, how to organise and how to change. We stay deliberately independent: we sell no software and take no referral fees, so the only thing we are ever recommending is what we believe is right for you.
We work as one joined-up team rather than a chain of departments. Strategy, operations, organisation and finance sit together on the same brief, which means clearer thinking, faster decisions and a single point of accountability for the outcome.
